New classes for 2013-2014 at the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County. See the listings below. All classes are on Saturdays at the Central Library, 115 South Avenue, Rochester, NY 14604 585-428-8138. We try to keep all of our classes free but sometimes the supplies need an extra fee attached. So, all classes are free unless there is a fee noted with the class description.
